Refund and Return Policy


Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging as at the time of purchase.

Various products are exempt from return. We do not accept products that have deteriorated when unpacked or applied for testing.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care products

For returns, simply send your order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

  • With obvious signs of use,
  • The packaging is broken,
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our fault.
  • Items exceeding 30 days after delivery.


Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain day.

Late or incomplete refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.

Return of discounted products

 Only regular-priced items can be returned. Discounted products cannot be returned.


We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective products, which are requested to be changed, must be opened during the cargo delivery and have a report prepared by the cargo company. If you need to replace it with the same product, send us an e-mail to

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
